- Important: Design to be meant for ice only, i.e. no frozen water bottles. There is no room to put frozen bottles. Please keep the water and ice clean to prevent impurities from entering the water pump and causing damage
- Quick and easy fixes: 1. Check if the lid is on just right 2. Prevent hose kink，pull the hoses apart and put them back together 3. Unplug the machine and plug it back in 4. Make sure the filled water is above the water level line to prevent the pump Idle rotation. 5. When meet the noisy running sound and the water doesn't flow, it indicates that the water pump has entered the air and is idling.
